Breath Journey (Gentle Sound)- The breath journey incorporates a three-part circular breathwork pattern for healing and inner exploration. Beginning with gentle movement and concluding with sound bowls, it offers a safe space to release stored tension and connect energetically. No pressure to perform, just support to honor your body’s needs while exploring your inner landscape with others.

Experienced breathwork facilitator Madeleine Pizey will guide you through a body-led breathwork journey, soothing sound healing, and optional hands-on reiki support. This is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. To reconnect with yourself, soften what has been held, and return to a deeper sense of presence.

Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your space.

A Body-Led Women's Morning Retreat

a 4-hour immersive experience for women to step out of the thinking mind and return to the wisdom of the body. Through restorative yin yoga, somatic movement, Internal Family Systems-informed inquiry, breathwork, sound healing, journaling, and nourishing community, we work directly with the nervous system and the parts of you ready to soften, release, and shift. These mornings are designed to help you reconnect with clarity, compassion, intuition, and a more internally led way of being.
