The body is such a complex, miraculous source of great intelligence. All day, every day, our bodies are talking to us
through their many signals, emotions, and sensations. Drawing on a mix of proven somatic modalities, my work
connects people to their bodies so they can understand, harness, and heed the profound wisdom they offer.

Wellness Tools For Teams

Bring my somatic instruction to your business, organization or team to infuse wellness into everything you do.

When we fully inhabit our bodies, listen in, and learn how to be present to what we find there, we naturally move towards what is possible – whether it’s healing, transformation, peak performance, or growth wanting to happen.

Breath Journey (Gentle Sound)- The breath journey incorporates a three-part circular breathwork pattern for healing and inner exploration. No pressure to perform, just support to honor your body’s needs while exploring your inner landscape with others.

Breath & Sound Journey: A Return to the Body at Bodhi Salt

8.17

So much of life asks us to keep going, to push through. But the body moves differently. It speaks in sensation, in breath, in quiet truths. This experience begins with gentle somatic movement to help you land in your body, followed by a lying-down breathwork practice to support emotional and energetic release. We’ll close with a soothing sound bath to integrate and soften. Through this simple three-part breath, we quiet the mind, ground the nervous system, and create space for clarity, release, and reconnection. Come home to yourself—one breath at a time.
*It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and to bring an eye pillow or eye covering *It’s ideal to do Breathwork when your stomach is not too full, so suggested not to eat anything at least two hours before the session if possible.
