I currently manage the intern program at my company and I have really enjoyed partnering with Madeleine on many types of mindfulness sessions over the past few years. We were able to host multiple "Mindfulness Monday" sessions during peak recruiting season as a way to engage with prospective candidates, and also give them a nice break during the busy school year. We also asked Madeleine to lead multiple summer events where she provided a buffet of tools that our interns could put into practice during their internship experience. We also utilized 1:1 sessions where our interns could opt-in to sessions with Madeleine in a smaller setting.
