Yin + Sound at Yoga Soup
Monday Eve's
The class begins with the soothing sounds of sound bowls to help us settle into the space, followed by gentle movements to ground ourselves and prepare for the yin phase of the session.
Once we transition into yin, we stay in gentle floor poses for 2-5 minutes. Throughout the session, we seamlessly integrate mindfulness and breathwork. While you may encounter both physical and mental challenges, you’ll ultimately depart feeling restored and nourished. Immerse yourself in the state of being.
At the end of the class, you will once again listen to the healing sounds of sound bowls during your savasana.

Experienced breathwork facilitator Madeleine Pizey will guide you through a guided circular breathwork practice, soothing sound healing and hands-on reiki support for a swift journey to reconnect you with your body and heart and disconnect from the busy mind.

Breath Journey (Gentle Sound)- The breath journey incorporates a three-part circular breathwork pattern for healing and inner exploration. Beginning with gentle movement and concluding with sound bowls, it offers a safe space to release stored tension and connect energetically. No pressure to perform, just support to honor your body’s needs while exploring your inner landscape with others.
