Nervous systems co-regulate together. It’s physically impossible not to when we’re in proximity to others. This can be destabilizing if in the company of disregulation, stress, anxiety, rage, hopelessness, despair. But if we’re talking about somatic practice, well, this is very
good news indeed.
When we are in the presence of others who can regulate their nervous systems, we benefit. And as we regulate our own systems, we support others to do the same.
There are so many ways to cultivate growth and change while in community. But I believe that when we practice embodiment together we can tend and amplify our personal wellbeing right alongside that of others.
A Safe, Nurturing Space To Be With Your Self
In these group sessions, I will support you, provide 1:1 adjustments, and be there for the class as you go inward. No one session is ever the same – a testament to how dynamic our systems are, and how much we are capable of healing and growth when we show up for it.

I facilitate these sessions to allow room and space for you to do what you need to do. An invitation to relax your nervous system while sharing energetic connection. Never any pressure to perform. Always plenty of support to follow what your body says it needs. Whatever you’re feeling, this is a safe space for exploring your inner landscape in the good company of others.

I had the absolute pleasure of being a part of the first women’s group that Maddy hosted, and it was truly transformational. Before we started, I was uncertain about what part of me exactly needed healing, but the beauty of the practice that Maddy teaches is its ability to connect you with the part of yourself that does know. By the end of the last session, I emerged a changed person. I currently manage the intern program at my company and I have really enjoyed partnering with Madeleine on many types of mindfulness sessions over the past few years. We were able to host multiple "Mindfulness Monday" sessions during peak recruiting season as a way to engage with prospective candidates, and also give them a nice break during the busy school year. We also asked Madeleine to lead multiple summer events where she provided a buffet of tools that our interns could put into practice during their internship experience. We also utilized 1:1 sessions where our interns could opt-in to sessions with Madeleine in a smaller setting.
